Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising under normal use.
Damage caused by the following issues: improper care, excessive wear, airline mishandling, or use outside the intended purpose of the product is not covered. More specifically:
BladesFencing blades are consumable items, and blade breakage is an inherent risk in fencing. We will only replace broken blades where there is evidence of a manufacturing defect.
ShoesIf any defect appears within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace your shoes.
Lame JacketsWe guarantee our lames against corrosion for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.If your lame becomes non-conductive or develops high resistance, our testing may indicate that this was caused by washing with bleach or improper care. Damage caused by incorrect washing or garment care is not covered under warranty.
Roll BagsWe design our roll bags and fencing bags to be tough and durable. However, damage caused by airline baggage handling, airport transit, or other third-party mishandling is outside the scope of our warranty. If your bag is damaged during airline travel, please file a claim directly with the airline or through your travel insurance provider.
