Deliveries

Packages are typically shipped promptly after your payment is received and stock availability is confirmed. Shipping costs cover packaging, handling, and shipping fees. We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order since we cannot combine separate orders, and you will be responsible for shipping costs for each one. While special care is taken with packages containing fragile items, shipping is at your own risk.

Packages are oversized and well-protected.

Fragile products: if you notice any damage to your package upon receipt, please immediately record your reservations in writing on the carrier’s delivery slip. Failure to do so may result in your claim not being considered.
