Sales Tax Policy

For orders shipped to addresses within the same state as our store’s location (Texas), we will automatically calculate, charge, and remit the applicable Sales Tax on your behalf.

However, for orders shipped to addresses outside of our store’s state, you, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any and all applicable sales taxes or other taxes imposed by your state or local jurisdiction. We do not collect or remit sales tax for orders shipped outside of our store’s state.

Please note that you may be required to report and pay sales tax directly to your state or local tax authority if your order is shipped to an address outside of our store’s state.

Typographical Errors and Inaccurate Pricing Policy

At Prieur, we strive to provide accurate information about our products, including pricing. However, despite our best efforts, occasionally typographical errors, misprints, or technical inaccuracies may occur on our website or in our advertisements.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a technical issue, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If your payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note the following:

• If a product is listed at an incorrect price that is lower than the actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price that is higher than the actual price, we will, at our discretion, either ship the product to you at the correct lower price or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
• We do not guarantee the availability of any product at a specific price, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
