Can an Item be Exchanged?

To make an exchange, you can follow these steps:

In accordance with our Conditions of Sales, an item can be exchanged.

Send the item(s) in their original packaging to the following address:

Include a letter with your package explaining your request, specifying the new size/reference you desire, and include your order number.

To exchange a single item (such as a glove or jacket), please also include a check for $10 to cover the shipping costs of the new item.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process the exchange

How do I Request a Refund

To request a refund please follow these steps:

In accordance with our Conditions of Sales, an item can be refunded.

Send the item(s) concerned in the original packaging to the following address:

Include a letter with your package explaining your request.

Upon receipt and review of your package, we will process a refund to your credit card if that was your payment method.

Can an Order be delivered to a Specific Country Outside the US?

Prieur USA delivers exclusively to residential or commercial US addresses. For any other country, you should consult www.prieur-sports.com

How Long does it Take to Complete a Uniform Stenciling?

Please expect the stenciling and shipping of your uniform to take about one week.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Most of our orders are processed and shipped the same day. Typically, orders with a complete weapons build are shipped the next day. The cut-off time for orders for same-day shipping is 3 PM (Central Time).

How Long Will it take to Receive my Order?

When we ship your order, we prioritize getting your gear to you as quickly as possible. Typically, you’ll receive your order within 2 to 4 business days after placing it. If you need expedited shipping, you can request it by leaving a note when placing your order or by contacting us at contact@prieurusa.com. We’ll only charge you for the difference between the expedited shipping cost and the standard shipping charges you’ve paid, and we’ll reach out to you before making any charges.

I need Assistance with a Defective Item (Specifically a Mask or Weapon) that Requires Prieur's Expertise

You can return the product to the following address: Prieur US, LLC 1826 Kramer Ln, Suite D. Our technical experts will then conduct an evaluation in our workshops. Once the assessment is complete, we will contact you to provide an update.
