In 1844, we enhanced the fencing mask with cold-stamped metal mesh. More recently, in 1986, we patented significant safety innovations:
- The grooved stainless-steel ring, positioned between the front face and the gallery, secures the PVC ring that holds the bib. This ring significantly strengthens the mask’s metal frame, greatly enhancing durability.
- The stainless-steel spoiler ensures the bib is firmly held at the neck, preventing any blade from passing through.
