Exchange Policy

Swap for the right size or item
  • Send your item back with a copy of the original invoice, noting what you'd like in exchange. We'll ship your replacement as soon as inspection is complete.
  • A $10.00 shipping fee applies to all exchanges — unless the error was ours or you received a defective item.
  • All exchanges must be unused, in original condition, and uniforms must be neatly folded. Any stains, scratches, or marks may result in refusal or a restocking fee.
  • Clearance and sale items are not eligible for exchange under this policy.
30-Day Window — No Exceptions
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. Failure to check items promptly will not extend the 30-day limit.
Customized Items Cannot Be Returned
Masks, bags, and uniforms with custom names or embroidery cannot be returned if ordered in the wrong size or style.

Return Policy

Get a refund to your original payment method
  • Include a copy of your original invoice with all returns, noting your intent to return. Refunds are issued promptly to the same card used for purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition. Uniforms should be neatly folded. Marks or damage may result in refusal or a restocking fee.
  • Partial kit returns: You'll be refunded the difference between the kit price and the regular (non-discounted) price of items kept. Kit discounts only apply to complete kits.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns.
