Favero Fencing Electronic Target

Description

The Electronic Target is composed of 5 targets that emit a red light when they need to be hit and a green light when they are hit.

The Electronic Target comes pre-set with 9 different exercises that adapt to the fencer’s level, ensuring each session maximizes their training. Additionally, the target is fully programmable, allowing customization of exercises tailored to individual needs.

Pre-ser Exercises:

1 – One target, one touch.

2 – One target, two touches in quick succession on the same target.

3 – One target, three touches in rapid succession on the same target

4 – Two targets simultaneously light up, touch either one.

5 –Two targets sequentially light up, touch in sequence.

6 –Three targets simultaneously light up, touch any.

7 – Three targets sequentially light up, touch in sequence.

• Number of Rounds: Programmable from 3 to 99 rounds (a round is one completed exercise).
• Validity Time of the Attack: Sets the time given to execute the Attack.
• Downtime after an Attack: Sets the time given to rest and prepare for the next Attack.
• Maximum Random Time: Sets the target to randomly select and light up different targets. This requires the fencer to be extremely focused and aware in order to hit the target.

After completing the session, students and coaches can view their results and decide if they need a greater challenge. This scoring system allows students to have fun and be competitive by comparing and striving to improve their scores or set records in the last 100 sessions, setting a benchmark for others to follow.

Characteristics of the Electronic Target:

The Target’s display is impact-resistant, alleviating coaches’ concerns about students breaking it. Initially, it shows the current round number, followed by the remaining rounds, and the elapsed time for the current round. Additionally, there’s an alternate mode after each session concludes, displaying the final score, the fastest round time, and the highest score from the last 100 sessions.

• Robust front panel made of polycarbonate and PVC plates, meticulously designed for safety and to prevent tip’s from slipping.
• Target damping system that prevents wear and tear on weapon tips.
• Frame constructed from stainless steel.
• Command and programming functions operate directly on the targets, eliminating the need for an external device.
• Wall mounts provided allow for quick adjustment of the target to one of 6 heights, spaced 8 cm apart, to accommodate fencers of different sizes.
• The valid target area varies depending on impact speed and hit precision. This requires more accuracy from slower and gentler actions, while faster and stronger actions require less.
• Audible sound when the target is hit, with an option to deactivate.
• Power supply: 12Vdc, 300mA. Equipped with a 100-240V/12Vdc power supply; plug type chosen upon ordering. The target can also be powered by an external rechargeable battery (see Optional Accessories).

It allows you to utilize the electronic target anywhere, ensuring that you securely place the stand against a wall during use.
• Rechargeable battery (Ref 828): A highly useful accessory for using the electronic target without access to a power supply. Our rechargeable battery has a 55-hour life and is ready to power your electronic target wherever you go. Note that our battery comes with a 35 cm cable, requiring an extension cord when placing it on the floor.
